The project for 14 apartments, each measuring at least 60 square metres and featuring the most exclusive details and finishes, has been created in an old Tuscan farm. The apartments have been created in the various structures that made up the old farming Borgo overlooking the old barnyard that now serves as the "Piazzetta del Borgo" and houses common elements such as the swimming pool, the fitness centre for residents, changing rooms, benches and the path leading to the river via a walk for about 2 kilometres through the trees of the wood that surrounds the farm. Every apartment has a garden or a spacious terrace. For the comfort of residents, parking spaces have been created without occupying the common areas in any way. |
