Opening out onto a splendid view of the gently surrounding hills, covered by Holm-oak woods, "Le Mascie" is the result of a project for the careful and respectful recovery of the old hamlet which already existed here, a typical cluster of buildings in the Tuscan countryside.
The hamlet comprises eight apartments each with different bedrooms and living rooms, all of which are exceptionally comfortable and have their own exclusive accessorised and shaded outdoor space.
With greenery, stone, wood, terracotta, dry stone walls, flowery pergolas and the warm colours of sunset, every apartment has the elements which, when cleverly combined, succeed in creating an atmosphere of peaceful intimacy.
The outdoor areas for common use have also been conceived and organised to offer maximum comfort: a large swimming pool, the paved area with shady places, a bowls pitch, a barbecue with four burners and a covered parking area perfectly arranged in the setting.
Everything is arranged to make the hamlet and every apartment comfortable, for a peaceful stay, providing a place in which to rest after excursions to the beautiful neighbouring towns: San Gimignano, Sienna, Monteriggioni, Volterra and Montagnola, which are all within a distance of 30 km, or other beautiful areas which are a little further away, such as Chianti, the home of Brunello di Montalcino, Val d'Orcia and the Crete Senesi.
